“Darkhan Metallurgical Plant” LLC identifies the training and development needs of all employees across five key areas, formulates a comprehensive plan and budget, organizes modular training seminars, and assesses the outcomes.It includes:

  1. Leadership training: Equipping younger generations for a brighter future while
    developing leadership and management capabilities.
  2. Professional training: Enhance employees’ professional capabilities and expertise, and
    provide certification.
  3. Research Project and Program: Fostering Productivity and Innovation Development.
  4. Onboarding and Training for New Employees.
  5. Safety Regulations and Occupational Health and Safety Training for Employment
    Eligibility.

Supporting the organization of training and research in collaboration with foreign and domestic professional organizations and contributing to the continuous development of employees is one of our top priorities. Within this framework, we have established a cooperation agreement with the School of Technology in Darkhan-Uul province, a branch of the Mongolian University of Science and Technology. This agreement enables us to assess employees’ professional knowledge and skills, prepare engineers and technicians, determine the needs, content, and direction of professional training, and facilitate the exchange of experiences between teachers, engineers, and technicians.

To enhance the quality and effectiveness of training and instruction, we engage in international and industry-wide seminars, discussions, academic conferences, and competitions. Additionally, we participate in professional development programs to acquire advanced knowledge, skills, and best practices in training methodologies, teaching techniques, and psychology. Furthermore, we establish a structured competency framework for employees, focusing on three key areas: personal development, professional expertise, and leadership. Our commitment is to cultivate a workplace culture that recognizes employees’ capabilities and prioritizes continuous self-improvement.
