Enkhbayar Samdan has been working as an Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE) Engineer at Tumurtei Mine since 2013. Through his expertise and commitment, he has introduced new safety systems and risk management strategies, ensuring accident-free operations in high-risk workplaces. His contributions have been instrumental in maintaining a seven-year record of zero workplace accidents, earning him recognition as one of the company’s foremost engineers in occupational safety.
