A range of cultural and sporting events is organized in the company’s sports facility to enrich employees’ leisure time, foster physical well-being, and promote a proactive attitude. As part of the productivity program, over 450 employees actively engage in various sports clubs and consistently achieve success in national, provincial, and soum-level competitions.

Achievements of the Gan Zev Club: Notable Achievements at the National festival (Naadam) of Darkhan-Uul province
- Third place award: Treasurer G. Oyun in 2017.
- In 2018, Treasurer B. Uugantuya secured Second place and Occupational Health and
Safety Engineer B. Batjargal secured Third place. - In 2020, G. Undarmaa Industrial Technical Department Engineer,was awarded First place, followed by T. Ikhtamir Head of the Electrical Department, who secured Second place.Treasurer G. Oyun achieved Third place, while Occupational Health and Safety Engineer B.Batjargal earned Fourth place.
- In 2021, Occupational Health and Safety Engineer B. Batjargal earned Fourth place, while G. Undarmaa Engineer of the Industrial Technical Department, achieved Fifth place.
- In 2022, Treasurer G. Oyun achieved Third place and Occupational Health and Safety Engineer B. Batjargal earned Fifth place. These accomplishments highlight the consistent excellence of top-ranking archers who achieve success year after year.
Achievements of Gan Sum Club:
- A. Munkh-Erdene secured Second place in the individual Knucklebone Shooting category at the 2017 Provincial Championship.
- A. Munkh-Erdene secured Second place in the individual Knucklebone Shooting category at the 2019 Provincial Championship.
- The Gan Sum team secured Second place in the Team Knucklebone Shooting category at the 2020 Provincial Championship.
- At the Provincial Championship, the Gan Sum team attained Third place in the Team Knucklebone Shooting category in both 2021 and 2022.
- At the Naadam Festival in Darkhan-Uul Province, the Gan Sum team attained Fourth place in the Team Knucklebone Shooting category in both 2021 and 2022.
- The Gan Sum team secured First place in the Team Archery category at the 2022 Northern Region Championship.
- At the Naadam Festival in Selenge Province, the Gan Sum team secured First place in the Team Knucklebone Shooting category in 2022.
- Out of the 96 teams that participated in the 2022 National Enkh Mend Knucklebone Shooting, the Gan Sum team upheld its success by securing Fourth Place.
