Kh. Bayarsaikhan, one of Mongolia’s first steelmakers, has dedicated 30 consecutive years to the Darkhan Metallurgical Plant. As a pioneering worker, he has played a vital role in shaping the plant’s history in steel and iron, making him an integral part of the company’s legacy.
Work Experience- 1989–1993: Heavy Equipment Operator, Darkhan City Unified Quarry Enterprise
- 1993: Assistant Worker, Billet Production Shop, Darkhan Metallurgical Plant
- 1994–Present: Steelmaker, Billet Production Shop, Senior Steelmaker, Shift Supervisor, Metallurgical Process Engineer, Melting Section, Head of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE), Head of the Billet Production Shop
- 1995, 1997, 1999: "Best Worker of the Plant" Award
- 2000: "Leading Worker of Industry and Trade" Title and Badge
- 2002: Certificate of Merit from the Governor of Darkhan-Uul Province
- 2003: "Golden Star" Medal from Mongolian Democratic Socialist Youth Federation
